Coldwater Homes built our new home at Reynold Lake Oconee. Reuben Chandler and his team not only built a beautiful home for us, but the experience working with him and his team has been a true pleasure. Coldwater Homes truly cares from start to finish.
You get the feeling your working with family. Then we soon found out we were. George,
Reuben’s sister handled our design needs with precision, and our punch list as well.
Bobbie, Reuben’s wife takes care of the administrative. His long relationship with his other team, Jeff and Trip, and the many vendors Coldwater homes use, get an A+ from us. From HVAC, Electrical, and Painters, they’re all very experienced, friendly, and polite. We recommend them with five stars. In the end anyone who builds knows along the way some bumps pop up. The joy of building is everything. With Coldwater, the way they’ve dealt with us after moving in keeps the joy as great as the day we started. It truly is the feeling of working with a family of people who genuinely care."
